Human Resources Generalist

Basic Purpose:
The HR Generalist will report to the HR Manager and be involved in the development and implementation of strategic HR Programs in partnership with manufacturing leadership.
The role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional.
The incumbent will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing training, administering employee benefits, recruitment, and performance management.
They will ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures and compliance with laws regulating the employment relationship.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering high-quality HR service and supporting a broad range of HR responsibilities.
This role partners with all levels of employees, to help enhance the employee experience and support the business strategy through HR activities.
Execute change readiness activities to prepare for future challenges.
Execute existing and new HR solutions and capabilities.
Partner on hiring and development and advancement of team members; this includes working with hiring managers to fill open positions, onboard new hires and build strong internal and external pipelines.
Support change management efforts, nurture our culture and create unique team member experiences.
Take a proactive approach to Employee Relations, and make recommendations by providing guidance, interpreting policy and issue resolution.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and work experience in a related field.
Minimum of 2 years Human Resources Generalist or equivalent experience Demonstrated knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Computer proficient (Windows, MS Office, Excel, HRIS Systems).
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all company personnel.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrates the highest level of trustworthiness and confidentiality.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
